Our client in Livermore is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Payroll Specialist to join their team on a temp-to-hire basis. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys owning the payroll process, values accuracy, and thrives in a hands-on, on-site environment.

Responsibilities May Include:

Processing weekly/bi-weekly payroll for employees
Verifying timecards and resolving discrepancies
Managing payroll adjustments, garnishments, and deductions
Maintaining payroll records with accuracy and confidentiality
Assisting employees with payroll-related questions
Supporting HR or accounting with reporting as needed

Ideal Candidate:

Prior payroll experience (any industry)
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to handle confidential information
Comfortable working fully on-site
Strong communication and organizational skills
